What does the free AI-visibility audit cover?
We check how your property appears on AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity when inbound travellers ask in English, Chinese or Korean. The audit is free.
Do you charge a commission?
No. zeroOTA is a flat-fee service with 0% commission. There is no per-booking charge and no success fee.
Where does the booking revenue go?
Funds go directly to the property through Stripe Connect. zeroOTA is not a travel agency; it provides SaaS only.
What is an MCP server?
It lets an AI assistant read availability and rates from your property management system so it can guide a booking. Beds24 is supported first; Neppan and TL-Lincoln are in development.
Can a guest complete the booking inside the chat?
Today the booking is confirmed with a prefilled Stripe payment link. Completing the booking fully inside the chat is planned (no date set).
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Pricing is flat only with no setup fee. The 30-day Pilot is ¥30,000 (excl. JCT) and all-inclusive.
