No. zeroOTA is a flat-fee service with 0% commission. There is no per-booking charge and no success fee.
Where does the booking revenue go?
Funds go directly to the property through Stripe Connect. zeroOTA is not a travel agency; it provides SaaS only.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Pricing is flat only with no setup fee. The 30-day Pilot is ¥30,000 (excl. JCT) and all-inclusive.
Is there a minimum contract term?
